Considering the healthier side and also to introduce salads for my little naughty and chweet son's menu, I have started to prepare such raw salads atleast once a week. Pineapple Salsa/ Salad is a very simple, colorful and healthy dish which can be done within few mins. Kids too get attracted towards its color and I love to watch my family hogging on 100% healthy food like these.
Here's the recipe of Pineapple Salsa/ Salad
Ingredients
Pineaple pieces - 2 cups
Carrot pieces - 1 cup
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Spring Onions chopped - 1 cup
Olive oil - 1-2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients and toss well.
2. Serve chilled.
